Seeking Dispatch Software

I'm searching for any communication aid or dispatching tool to use in large-scale emergency situations such as disasters. We were, since 1990, taking information down on forms, but we recently decided to seek new ways to enter and manage data to improve efficiency. We are particularly seeking call-taking and/or dispatching software, for use on field coordination center (lap top). The software provided would log calls, be able to suggest priority for dispatching, give the status of any given field team or current incident, be able to provide statistical resumes of situation, etc. Cost would be below $500. Every reply submitted will be answered. Thanks.

Seeking Information on Emergency Preparedness in Community Colleges

I am working on a project for my employer (The Metropolitan Community Colleges) regarding emergency preparedness in community colleges. Are you aware of any information that exits on this topic? I would settle for emergency preparedness information in colleges & universities, but am primarily interested in emergency preparedness in community colleges.
Thank you.

Seeking Information on Hazards in Malaysia

I am a student studying International Disaster Management at Coventry University, England. I am looking for any information that is currently available on the states of Sarawak and Sabah in Eastern Malaysia. In particular any vulnerability assessments that have been carried out in the past. I was wondering if anyone has done any research on the area, or if there are any publications that may be available. Failing this, if anybody has any connections in the area, I would greatly appreciate it if I could be put in touch with them. Even a negative response would be helpful. Thank you very much for any help you can give.
