Survey Invitation

We are launching an internet-based survey for survivors of the Colorado 2013 floods living in or near Boulder, Longmont, Lyons or Estes Park. We are interested in the impact of the floods on community member well-being and hope that results will contribute to future disaster preparedness and recovery efforts.

Anyone who is age 18 or over and was living in or near these areas when the floods occurred is eligible. The survey is available in English and Spanish through the link below. $5 worth of useful goods will be donated to charities involved in flood relief for each survey participant.We are requesting your support in spreading the word about this survey. Please consider posting and/or forwarding this information.

We have provided descriptive text and a link to the survey below for use on websites or dissemination through email. We have also provided English and Spanish language flyers (attached).
