Plenary: America’s Climate Choices: The 2010 National Research Council Reports

Climate experts will discuss recommendations from the America’s Climate Choices reports recently released by the National Research Council. The congressionally-mandated study has panels examining four areas: advancing climate change science, limiting the magnitude of climate change, adapting to climate change impacts, and informing effective decisions and actions. This session will explore the relevance of the each panel's findings to hazards researchers and practitioners.
