Current and Emerging Partnership Arrangements: How Effective Are They?

There are many examples of mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery activities that engage diverse organizations in different types of partnership agreements and arrangements. Included in these activities are efforts that rely on organizational networks to achieve their objectives. This panel will focus on examples of “blended” emergency management task networks and will provide insights on what is known about their effectiveness.
