Ernest Frazier
Ernest Frazier is an attorney and consultant dedicated to assisting public safety, law enforcement and the security industry. He has over 30 years of experience in police management, emergency preparedness, and transportation security. Chief Frazier served as an intelligence analyst for the United States Army Security Agency and then for over 27 years as a sworn law enforcement officer.
He retired from his position as chief of police of the Amtrak Police Department in June of 2004. In 2006 Frazier assumed the leadership role as director of public safety for New Castle County, Delaware. In this position he was responsible for delivering police services, 911 emergency communications, emergency medical services, and emergency preparedness and management to a population of over 600,000 Delaware residents.
