Jane Morgan
ane Morgan is the Advisor to the Deputy Chief Executive of the Social and Cultural Recovery Team at the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority (CERA), Christchurch, New Zealand. CERA was established to manage the response to the 2010 and 2011 earthquakes in greater Christchurch. Jane oversees CERA’s social monitoring activity including the Canterbury Wellbeing Index and the CERA Wellbeing Survey. In this work Jane partners with other government agencies and the research community. Trends and issues emerging from the Canterbury Wellbeing Index and the CERA Wellbeing Survey are used to inform strategic and operational decision making to ensure that the social recovery of the greater Christchurch region is evidence based.
