Jeremy Pais
Jeremy’s broad research interests are in the area of social stratification, especially the aspects that pertain to racial and ethnic inequality. Specific topics of interest to him include socioeconomic mobility, residential migration, contextual effects (e.g., neighborhood and local labor market effects), and community vulnerability to disasters. He approaches these topics as a social demographer with skills in longitudinal data analysis, multilevel modeling, and spatial data analysis.
