Charity Remington

Charity Remington is the director of leadership studies at the Center for Leadership Research and Action. Her work examines how collaboration, communication, and trust shape organizational performance, with a focus on turning research into practical tools for leaders. With more than 20 years of experience as a nonprofit executive and organizational consultant, she has supported community organizations through growth, change, and strategic planning. She holds a Doctorate in strategic leadership, and her scholarship centers on adaptive leadership, organizational learning, and building resilient, high-performing teams.
