As disaster risks grow more complex and mitigation funding becomes less available, strong coalitions are essential for effective disaster risk reduction. This interactive training will provide participants with strategies to identify key stakeholders, establish shared goals, and develop boundary-spanning alliances that are well-equipped in the face of evolving hazards and policy approaches. Attendees should come prepared to this training session with a project or initiative in mind. You will leave with actionable tools and frameworks for mapping constituents and developing alliances that advance community resilience.
