Community and volunteer-based disaster response and recovery networks play a vital role in delivering rapid support, trusted outreach, and essential services during times of crisis. Using the Region 2 Center for Public Health Preparedness and Response program as a model, this training session will share methods to strengthen the operational readiness of these networks, building on their existing power and deepening their impact for local response and recovery.
