Todd Miller is an associate professor at the Zilber School of Public Health and an affiliate at the School of Freshwater Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He holds a bachelor's degree in biology from St. Norbert College and a doctorate in Marine Estuarine Environmental Science from the University of Maryland. He has post-doctoral training at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and the University of Wisconsin–Madison. His laboratory at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee studies biotoxins and emerging contaminants in aquatic environments.
