Memorial Session

On January 31, 2021, we lost beloved former Natural Hazards Center Director Dennis Mileti from complications of COVID-19. A special session was held in honor Dennis Mileti at the 46th Annual Natural Hazards Workshop. As Dennis always preferred, PowerPoint presentations were not allowed! Instead, there was time for sharing memories, telling stories, and laughing heartily—just as Dennis would have wanted it.
