Mutual Aid Agreements and Public Works

Mutual aid and assistance agreements among localities, states, and regions provide expedited access to specialized disaster recovery and response resources. These agreements are especially critical in public works. This session will explore the need for and benefit of mutual aid plans for electricity and gas, wastewater and drinking water, and debris removal.
