Poster Session

To request a 4 foot by 4 foot vertical space to hang a poster in the Workshop poster session, please email the following to hazards.workshop@colorado.edu with a subject line of Poster Session Abstract by April 30:

• Complete contact information for you and ALL colleagues presenting the poster, including:

• Names
• Affiliations
• E-mail addresses
• Phone numbers (mobile numbers are helpful)

• Poster Title
• An abstract conforming to our abstract guidelines
• State whether the poster will be shipped in advance of the Workshop

Space is limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. The poster session coordinator will send you email confirmation that your poster has been accepted by June 1. Special requests (such as for additional vertical space, table space, and outlets) must be made to hazards.workshop@colorado.edu. We are unlikely to be able to accommodate most special requests.
