Iain Hyde
Iain Hyde is a mitigation specialist with the Colorado Division of Emergency Management (CDEM). He joined CDEM in November of 2009. He has worked with communities throughout the state on local hazard mitigation plans. In addition, his duties include project technical assistance, state level hazard mitigation and disaster recovery planning, and grants administration. Before joining CDEM, Hyde worked in the private sector as a mitigation planner and disaster recovery specialist. He has worked professionally or volunteered on wildfire, flood, tornado, and hurricane disasters in Mississippi, Texas, Tennessee, Iowa, and Colorado.
