The Student Leadership Council of the Earthquake Engineering Research Institute is accepting applications for its Undergraduate Seismic Design Competition. Applicants are challenged to submit designs for a cost-effective building that resists seismic loading. Models will be subjected to a series of structural tests to determine stability and ability to withstand seismic activity.
