The Federal Emergency Management Agency is now accepting applications for its Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER) Grants. SAFER Grants are awarded to career fire departments, volunteer fire departments, and combination agencies to help support firefighter staff and volunteer recruitment. Abstracts submission are now being accepted for presentation at the International Conference on Natural Hazards & Infrastructure (ICONHIC) to be held June 23-26, 2019, in Chania, Greece. Submissions must be between 250 to 450 words and adhere to conference topics. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
