Institute for Risk and Disaster Reduction Scholarships

University College London is accepting applications for four scholarships that will defray the cost of overseas tuition fees for students enrolled in master’s programs offered by the university’s Institute for Risk and Disaster Reduction. Scholarships of up to $12,500 will be available to those studying disaster resilience, disaster science, disaster reduction, and disaster risk. Climate, Environment, and Health Grants
Belmont Forum

The Belmont Forum Research Grant program is accepting proposals for transdisciplinary research meant to improve the understanding of connections between climate, environment, and health to promote human well-being in the face of climate challenges. Proposals should investigate uncertainties that create barriers to action; address complex climate, ecosystem and health linkages; and foster the use of scientific information and climate-related decision support tools to better inform planning and enhance resilience. Celebrate 100 Grants
American Geophysical Union
Deadline: Open through 2019

The American Geophysical Union is offering 100 grants to celebrate the centennial anniversary of its founding. Grants will support grassroots engagement activities that showcase the benefits of Earth and space science. Grants will be awarded in two categories—small grants of up to $1,000 to reimburse costs of engagement activities, and grants of up to $10,000 to support larger projects.
