Enid Quintana-Torres is a third-year medical student at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. She plans to pursue a residency in family medicine and a fellowship in reproductive health and advocacy. Enid obtained a master’s in public health and epidemiology from the University of Arizona. She worked for the Arizona Department of Health Services as a maternal child health epidemiologist and the Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS) director. Her research interests include reproductive health, social medicine, and community health and engagement. In addition, Enid enjoys reading a book a week and making ice cream.
