Brandy Bones is a vice president at the International Coaching Federation, where she provides strategy and thought leadership across the company's disaster and grant management portfolio, including the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Department-funded projects throughout the country. With over 18 years of experience, Bones helps state and local governments navigate the complex disaster recovery and resilience landscape. She specializes in voluntary buyout programs, helping disaster-impacted communities maximize funding to build resilient communities and improve outcomes and economic opportunities for traditionally marginalized populations most affected by disasters. Bones is a certified urban planner and project management professional and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University.
