Casey Garnett

IEM

Casey Garnett is a dedicated hazard mitigation leader driven to improve community resilience by connecting people to plans and plans to projects. She is an effective project manager responsible for leading teams in developing hazard mitigation plan updates and supporting mitigation project development. Garnett has multiple years of leadership experience including leading teams during disaster events and mitigation projects across the United States. Prior to joining IEM's Mitigation and Resilience team, she served as a FEMA Floodplain Management Specialist, Hazard Mitigation Community Planner, and Hazard Mitigation Task Force Leader. Natural Hazard Mitigation Association Board Member.
