Amina Meselhe

Amina Meselhe is a PhD student and graduate research fellow in the School of Civil and Construction Engineering at Oregon State University with a concentration in coastal and ocean engineering. Before completing her Master of Science at Oregon State, she received her Bachelor of Science at Louisiana State University where Meselhe was born, raised, and developed her interest in coastal hazards and community resilience. Her work evaluates resilience to these hazards such as tsunamis and hurricanes by looking long term recovery to these regional-scale events.
