Ramsay Taum

Kumu Ramsay Taum is the founder and president of the Hawaii based Life Enhancement Institute of the Pacific Limited Liability Company, Cultural Sustainability Planner at PBR HAWAII & Associates landscape architects, and director and program coordinator of the Pacific Islands Leadership Institute at Hawaii Pacific University. His work in promoting sustainable, place-based, and Hawaiian cultural stewardship principles and practices is acknowledged locally, nationally, and internationally. Taum is a recognized cultural resource and internationally sought-after keynote speaker, lecturer, trainer, and facilitator. He serves on numerous community, corporate and institution boards and advisories. However, he believes his most important roles and titles are: son, husband, dad, and trusted friend.
