Thomas Barnes

Thomas Barnes, with a background in civic engagement beginning in high school as an Eagle Scout and Emergency Medical Technician, he currently serves full-time in the Office of Enterprise Resilience at the University of Pennsylvania Health System, where he focuses on Business Continuity and organizational resilience.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, he works part-time as a Graduate Research Assistant at Arizona State University while completing his master's degree. His academic and research interests center on community resilience, with particular emphasis on the intersection of Emergency Management and Natural Resource Management.
