Ronald (Ronnie) Leeper

Ronald Leeper is a research scholar and applied scientist at North Carolina State University and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's National Centers for Environmental Information through the Cooperative Institute for Satellite Earth System Studies. He is also pursuing his PhD in atmospheric science at North Carolina State University's Marine, Earth, and Atmospheric Sciences Department. Leeper's research focuses on hydrological extremes and their societal impacts.
