Rapid Response Research (RAPID) on the Effects of the 2010 Haitian Earthquake

The National Science Foundation is accepting rapid response research proposals to study the effects of the January 12, 2010, earthquake in Haiti. Research should focus on areas that require urgent access to perishable data. When possible, researchers should foster intellectual collaboration with their Haitian counterparts. North Dakota State University is now accepting nominations for the Dr. B. Wayne Blanchard Award recognizing those who have made outstanding contributions to emergency management higher education.
