My Preparedness Story: Staying Healthy and Resilient

The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response is accepting video submissions for its My Preparedness Story Challenge. Youth from ages 16-23 are invited to submit short videos of up to 60 second that detail what they do to protect their friends and family from health disasters on a daily basis. Gulf Research Program
Deadline: April 27, 2016
The Gulf Research Program of the National Academies is accepting proposals for scientific synthesis grants that connect environmental, social, and/or health data. Grants can be submitted in two areas: coastal communities and human exposure. Letters of intent are due April 27, with full proposals due on June 22.
