The United Nations Development Programme Barbados and the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States are accepting proposals from educational institutions to strengthen disaster preparedness and response operations and risk mitigation capacity in Dutch and British overseas territories. The institution should be able to provide training and assessment in hazard-resilient construction, business continuity, and emergency shelter management.
