The Federal Emergency Management Agency is requesting feedback on the final version of the Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement for the National Flood Insurance Program. The statement evaluates the environmental impacts of proposed modifications to the NFIP that are needed to implement legislative requirements that have arisen from concerns about the program’s fiscal soundness. Scientific Research Disaster Recovery Grants
National Academies Gulf Research Program
Deadline: January 3, 2018
The Gulf Research Program of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine is now accepting applications for grants to help with repair, replacement, or recovery equipment, data, and other research materials damaged or lost in recent hurricanes.
