The National Academies Gulf Research Program is accepting full proposals for Capacity Building Grants on the topic of enhancing community networks that improve coastal environments, health, and well-being. The program supports projects conducted by community or regionally focused organizations that advance understanding of how science can serve community needs.

Candian Risk and Hazards Network

The Canadian Risk and Hazards Network is accepting submissions for their November issue of HazNet, which will focus on exploring resilience in Indigenous communities, including topics such as emergency preparedness, disaster resilience and climate change adaptation.
