Disability and Disasters Award Application

Please fill out this form to apply for the Disability and Disasters Award to attend the Natural Hazards Research and Applications Workshop on July 13-16 and the Researchers Meeting on July 16-17 or Practitioners Meeting on July 17, 2025.

Applicants must reside in the United States and be affiliated with a U.S. organization or academic institution. Preference will be given to those who have not attended the Workshop in person and who can demonstrate financial need.
