Barsha Manandhar
Barsha Manandhar is a research associate at the Institute of Environment at Florida International University (FIU). She holds a PhD degree in public affairs from the Department of Public Policy and Administration, FIU and master’s degree in environment management from University of Wolverhampton, United Kingdom. Her teaching and research interests encompass environment governance, emergency management, critical infrastructure systems, climate justice, mixed qualitative and quantitative methodology and GIScience. Her work has been published in Earthquake Spectra, International Journal of Disaster Risk and Reduction. Manandhar has also presented her research at various conferences, including the Annual Natural Hazard Workshop, the American Society for Public Administration Annual Conference, the Southern Political Science Association Conference, and the Southeastern Conference for Public Administration.
