Brandon Smith

The Forestry and Fire Recruitment Program

Brandon is the co-founder and CEO of the Forestry and Fire Recruitment Program, a nonprofit that helps justice system-impacted people transition into family-willing careers within the wildfire sector. Formerly a firefighter with the United States Forest Service, Smith's purpose is to rethink and create unique solutions to California's wildfire challenges.
