Deborah Matherly

In this latter half of her 40 year career, since joining WSP Global in 2001, Deborah Matherly has become a national expert focusing on the nexus of emergency planning, transportation planning, and resiliency. She is leading or has led six major Transportation Research Board projects on that nexus, as described in her CV, she is currently supporting Federal Highway Administration resilience and durability pilots, and has supported emergency transportation planning for local clients.
