Eduard Gargallo

Eduard Gargallo earned his PhD in contemporary history from the University of Barcelona. He is now a researcher at the University Institute of Lisbon. Gargallo's research interests include land policies and community conservation of natural resources in Namibia and Mozambique. He was a project director of the Centre d’Estudis Africans in Barcelona, and an associate professor of African history at the University of Barcelona. He has published in the Journal of Southern African Studies, Journal of Namibian Studies, Journal of Contemporary African Studies, Development Southern Africa, and Journal of Arid Environments.
