Efraim Roxas

Efraim Roxas is a Fulbright Philippines scholar doing a PhD geography program at Florida State University studying the vulnerability and resilience of coastal communities to climate change. He is an alumnus and current faculty of the College of Human Ecology at the University of the Philippines Los Baños, where he teaches human settlement planning. As a licensed environmental planner, he actively engages with local governments in the Philippines in the use of participatory mapping and land use planning. He continues to dream and work for a just and sustainable world for his two young sons, Earendil and Elias.
