Henry Mitchell

Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment

Henry Mitchell is currently the deputy director of the Office of Emergency Preparedness and Response and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. He was previously a county-level emergency manager in rural and urban settings. Mitchell has a background in disaster behavioral health.

He received an MS in disaster preparedness and biosecurity from St. Louis University.
