Hilary Lohmann is the USVI Coastal Resilience Coordinator. With a background in natural and social sciences and a unique new position in the territory, Hilary works on a diverse set of exciting and challenging projects that plan for and respond to impacts of climate change and environmental degradation; ranging from watersheds to protected areas, from hazard mitigation to social vulnerability. She studied Animal Behavior and Spanish at Bucknell University and received a Master's in Marine Affairs from the University of Rhode Island. She has worked in small island resilience around the Caribbean for almost ten years.
