Jezebelle (Jezzy) Medina is a third year student at the University of Colorado Boulder (CU). She is pursuing a Sociology degree and plans to graduate in Spring of 2023. Her research interests include immigration and law. She is currently working as an undergraduate research assistant on Melissa Villarreal's National Science Foundation- and American Sociological Association-funded research project on the long-term, post-disaster recovery of Mexican immigrant women. Medina is also a Student Ambassador at CU and Vice President of CU’s Legislative Council. Her hobbies include traveling, listening to music, and watching Netflix.
