Joan M. Flores

Joan M. Flores is an extension aide at Northern Marianas College. Joan provides administrative and extension support to the Cooperative Research Extension and Education Services under the Family, Community, and Youth Development Program. In addition to her 21 years of service to the college, Joan has led her local community as a co-founder of a local non-profit organization geared towards the youth and athletics. Her focus on community collaboration has lead Joan a number of volunteer opportunities and community leadership roles in her local community.
