Natural Hazards Center
Jolie Breeden is the lead editor and science communicator for Natural Hazards Center publications. She writes and edits for Disaster Research News, the Research Counts and Quick Response Research series, special projects and publications, and various website content. Jolie graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a bachelor’s degree in journalism. Before joining the Natural Hazards Center in May 2008, she was as a reporter for various Front Range newspapers, including the Broomfield Enterprise, the Longmont Daily Times-Call, the Boulder Daily Camera and the Rocky Mountain News.
