Jonathan Cohen

Jonathan Cohen is a political science Ph.D. student in the comparative politics discipline at the University of Colorado Boulder. He is interested in the impact of increasingly frequent and devastating extreme weather events fueled by climate change, and in particular the effect of these events on vulnerable populations in developing countries. Prior to starting his doctoral degree, Jonathan worked as a public school teacher in Denver. He earned his B.A. in political science from the University of Colorado and an M.A. in Extension Studies from the Harvard Extension School in history.
