Kevin Fagundo Ojeda is a PhD student of metropolitan planning, policy, and design in the Department of City and Metropolitan Planning at the University of Utah. He has a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a master’s degree in community development. His research interests include resiliency, disaster recovery, and displacement. For his dissertation, he will be working on the health outcomes of Puerto Ricans in the United States, who were displaced by Hurricane Maria.
