Laura RidesHorse

Laura RidesHorse is the disaster and emergency services coordinator for the Crow Nation in Montana. RidesHorse, who is a member of the Crow Nation, has dedicated much of her life to public safety. She works to prioritize emergency planning and mitigation activities to foster the resilience of members of the Crow Nation. She has sought and received grant funding from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Emergency Management Agency to assist with various mitigation projects on reservation land. She lives in Montana with her husband and children.
