Lily Bui

Lily Bui is an assistant director for training, project, and research development at the National Disaster Preparedness Training Center at the University of Hawai‘i. She received her PhD from Massachusetts Insititute of Technology's (MIT) Department of Urban Studies and Planning, holds an MS in comparative media studies, and received a dual bachelor's in international studies and Spanish from her alma mater, University of California Irvine.
