Ming Xie

Ming Xie is an assistant professor at the Department of Political Science and Criminal Justice at West Texas A&M University. Xie received her PhD degree in public administration from University of Nebraska at Omaha. She also holds a PhD in cultural anthropology from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in Beijing, China. She is particularly interested in nonprofit management, female leadership in nonprofit organizations, intercultural communication, and emergency management.
