Paul Monaghan

Paul Monaghan has over 20 years of experience collaborating with farmworker communities on a variety of research and behavior change initiatives, including pesticide safety, eye protection, and heat-related illness. He has worked closely with farmworker-serving organizations, cooperative extension, agricultural producers, and workers themselves to better understand the barriers to change while testing innovative approaches driven by community input.
