Sabrina Helm

Sabrina Helm is an associate professor of retailing and Consumer Science and Petsmart Endowed chair. She received her PhD in business administration from the University of Duesseldorf, Germany. Before relocating to Tucson, she was a professor of strategic marketing at Witten/Herdecke University, Germany. Helm's research focuses on customer behavior, corporate reputation, and sustainable consumption. In the latter domain, Helm is particularly interested in the role of consumption in the context of climate change and increased consumer resilience. Her research has been published in the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Service Research, Journal of Business Research.
