Sayma Khajehei

Sayma Khajehei is an assistant professor of Geography at Towson University. Her research focuses on post-disaster housing recovery and community resilience, particularly for socially vulnerable populations. She has experience working with communities affected by earthquakes, floods, and hurricanes. Her work examines how institutional actors influence housing recovery disparities, aiming to foster socially just and sustainable communities.
