Stephanie Rogus is an assistant professor in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences at New Mexico State University. She completed her BS in nutrition and dietetics at The University of Texas at Austin where she received training to become a registered dietitian. She completed her PhD at New York University in the Department of Nutrition and Food Studies. Rogus studies the economic, social, and environmental influences on food choice and impacts of food programs and policy on diet quality and diet-related disease.
